America’s Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Viridity Software, Inc., a leading data center infrastructure management (DCIM) software solutions Company, has been sold to Schneider Electric. The acquisition will merge Viridity’s unique IT discovery and method of measuring server power consumption with Schneider Electric’s data center software to deliver best-in-class asset tracking, capacity planning and energy visualization for superior energy management. With a team led by Ben Howe, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Viridity.
