AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Detechtion, a leader in real-time asset performance management solutions for the Energy sector, has been acquired by Resurgens Technology Partners. The acquisition will help Detechtion accelerate growth through providing resources to scale go-to-market activities and pursue opportunistic M&A in new remote asset classes. With a banking team led by Ben Howe, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Detechtion.
