AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, ORTEC, a global provider of leading end-to-end supply chain technology solutions, has received a significant investment from Battery Ventures. The investment will help ORTEC expand go-to-market efforts in North America, accelerate product development, support its transition to SaaS, and drive inorganic growth efforts. With a banking team led by Dennis Rourke, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to ORTEC.
