AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, WIHP SAS, the leading global metasearch campaign management and direct booking CMS SaaS platform, serving the full spectrum of hotel and vacation rental industry participants, from independent hoteliers to agencies, has been acquired by Cendyn, a portfolio company of Accel-KKR. With this acquisition, Cendyn will strengthen its metasearch management and direct bookings enablement capabilities, and solidify its leadership position in hospitality tech. With a team led by Jon Weibrecht and Charlie Schopp, AGC Partners acted as financial advisor to WIHP.
