This acquisition will enable CloudShare to expand its go-to-market initiatives, accelerate product development, pursue inorganic growth opportunities, and support the Company's next phase of growth. With a banking team led by Steven Willis, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to CloudShare.
