Steven Willis

Steven is a Partner at AGC Partners based in Denver, where he focuses on advising growth-stage technology companies globally. Steven’s experience spans the M&A universe, including acquisitions, divestitures, hostile and activist defense, strategic investments, and joint ventures, having advised on transactions with an aggregate value nearing $50 billion. Prior to joining AGC, Steven held numerous sell-side roles, most recently as a senior M&A banker at Citi, and in equity research at BMO Capital Markets and Casimir Capital, where he was a publishing Analyst. Steven holds a M.B.A. from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and a B.A.Sc in Chemical Engineering and Master of Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Hobbies & Interests

Steven is a proud father to a very active toddler and, in what little free time he has, enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking, and playing with his two dogs. In a prior life as an athlete, he was also an award-winning collegiate volleyball player.
