AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Utimaco, a leading global provider of IT security solutions, has acquired GEOBRIDGE, a cryptographic key management company. The acquisition will enable integrated solutions for key injection at the POS and flexible management of cryptographic keys, especially for the financial industry.
