AGC Partners Advises Security Innovation on Its Agreement to Be Acquired by Bureau Veritas

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Security Innovation, a provider of state-of-the-art software security consulting and services focused on software testing, Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) advisory, and training, has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Bureau Veritas. The acquisition will reinforce Bureau Veritas's position in the fast-growing cybersecurity market and provide an opportunity to ramp up its existing cybersecurity testing expertise and develop its AI/Large Model capabilities. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul and Russ Workman, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Security Innovation.
