AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Consortium Networks, the leading provider of multi-vendor, cybersecurity solutions to global enterprises has received a strategic growth by M/C Partners. The acquisition will strengthen M/C Partners portfolio in Tech Services and Digital Infrastructure, enhancing its cyber footprint and will allow Consortium to accelerate growth and create greater value for customers. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul and Russ Workman, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Consortium Networks. The deal represents AGC's 144thsecurity deal since inception.
