America’s Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, KickApps Corporation, a leader in online digital content creation and management, has been acquired by KIT digital, Inc., a leading provider of video management solutions. With the acquisition, KIT digital will leverage KickApps’ applications and development tools to deepen KIT digital’s ability to integrate new technology assets and form the foundation for accelerated client deployments. With a team led by Jon Guido, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to KickApps.
