America's Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Configuresoft, Inc., the leading provider of server configuration, change and compliance management software, has been acquired by EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC), the world leader in information infrastructure solutions. With this acquisition, EMC extends its powerful solutions for managing the entire IT information infrastructure across storage, networks, servers and applications - enabling customers to automate visibility and control across physical and virtual data centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul and Scott Card, America's acted as sole financial advisor to Configuresoft.
