AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Bookboon Learning, a next-generation digital learning platform, has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by The Access Group, a portfolio company of TA Associates and Hg Capital. The acquisition will enable The Access Group to broaden their current product offering to include Audio Learning, eBooks and Virtual Classrooms, further developing their existing learning solutions. With a team led by Sean Tucker and Jon Guido, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Bookboon Learning.
