AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Quortus, a leading mobile communication software company, has sold certain business and assets relating to its core offerings to Cradlepoint, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ericsson. The acquisition will enhance and expand the existing private mobile networks and wireless edge computing capabilities of Cradlepoint for all verticals across Enterprise, Industry, Education and Government sectors. With a team led by Rob Buxton, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Quortus.
