AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, UMT360, a leader in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), has been acquired by North Highland. The acquisition will enhance North Highland's change and transformation consulting solutions and provide UMT360 with the infrastructure to expand its footprint within the SPM industry. With a banking team led by Rob Buxton and Steven Willis, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to UMT360.
