AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, orderTalk Inc., a provider of online and mobile ordering software for restaurants, has been acquired by Uber Technologies, Inc. With a team led by Greg Roth, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to orderTalk. The acquisition of orderTalk will enable Uber Eats to more seamlessly integrate its restaurant delivery services with its restaurant partners.
