AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Men&Mice, provider of a leading network infrastructure management platform that addresses core DNS, DHCP, and IP management use cases through a comprehensive DDI offering, has been acquired by BlueCat Networks, a portfolio company of Audax. The acquisition will strengthen BlueCat's position as a DDI industry leader by enhancing their mid-market penetration and expanding their product suite to better address the complex requirements of multi-cloud, hybrid-cloud, and on-premise environments. With a team led by Fred Joseph, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Men&Mice. The deal represents AGC's 2nd Icelandic deal in the last 6 months, 18th deal closed in Europe the last 12 months, and continued leadership in infrastructure software.
