AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, L2, a leading provider of digital performance benchmarking and research for Fortune 500 brands and portfolio company of General Catalyst, has been acquired by Gartner, Inc. The acquisition will complement Gartner’s existing digital marketing research and advisory services and further accelerate Gartner’s long-term growth in its marketing-focused business. With a team led by Linda Gridley, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to L2.
