The acquisition will further strengthen Ebates’ portfolio of loyalty marketing offerings and provide new programs to customers through Cartera’s established loyalty marketing platform and enable Cartera to leverage Ebates’ expertise and solutions to enhance the loyalty marketing services currently provided to clients.
