AGC Partners Advises KnowledgeAdvisors on its Sale to CEB

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, KnowledgeAdvisors, the leading provider of analytics solutions for talent development professionals worldwide, has agreed to be acquired by CEB. Under the terms of the agreement, CEB will purchase 100% of the equity of KnowledgeAdvisors' current shareholders, payable in cash. With a team led by Jeff Becker, AGC Partners served as sole financial advisor to KnowledgeAdvisors.
