AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, French public-listed Generix Group, a vendor of collaborative software for the rapidly evolving retail eco-system, has sold its ERP GCE (Generix Collaborative Enterprise) business unit to Aurea, Inc. headquartered in Austin, Texas. With a team led by Bruno Tourme, AGC Partners acted as sole advisor to Generix SA.
