AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, CyberMDX, an industry leading healthcare IoT Security software provider, has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Forescout Technologies. The acquisition further strengthens Forescout’s industry-leading IT, IoT and operational technology (OT) device coverage with Internet of Medical (IoMT) expertise. Together, Forescout and CyberMDX deliver a comprehensive solution to secure the healthcare industry against increasing cybersecurity threats and risks. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul and Eric Davis, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to CyberMDX.
