AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client Cerdant, a provider of outsourced managed security services has been acquired by Logically, a rapidly growing provider of comprehensive outsourced IT and security services for similarly sized companies. The partnership will strengthen Logically's security offerings within the SMB space and drive growth across both platforms.
