AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Buildium, a portfolio company of Sumeru, has been acquired by RealPage, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, for $580M, three years after AGC Partners drove Buildium's $65M recapitalization with Sumeru Equity Partners and K1 in 2016. Buildium is a leading SaaS real estate property management solution provider with approximately 2 million units under management in the SMB market segment.
