AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Arkeia Software, Inc., a privately held data protection company based in Carlsbad, CA, has been acquired by Western Digital Corporation. The transaction fortifies Western Digital’s existing portfolio, addressing small and medium sized businesses with the addition of Arkeia's network backup software and appliances. With a team led by Scott Card and Elena Marcus, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Arkeia.
