AGC Partners Advises Acuo on its Sale to Lexmark

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Acuo Technologies, LLC, a recognized leader in high performance software and services for HCIT clinical content management, data migration and vendor neutral archives (VNA), has been sold to Lexmark International, Inc., a leading provider of process and content management software. Acuo Technologies will become a part of Perceptive Software, a Lexmark company. As the world leader in high-performance software and services for clinical content management and data migration, Acuo is the recipient of the Frost and Sullivan's 2012 North American Market Share Leadership Award in Enterprise Imaging Informatics and the 2011 North American Product Leadership Award in Medical Imaging Informatics. With a team led by Hugh Hoffman, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Acuo.
