AGC Partners Advises SilverBack Technologies on its Sale to Dell

America's Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, SilverBack Technologies (SilverBack), a Billerica, MA-based service delivery platform provider for remote monitoring and management of information technology infrastructure, has been acquired by Dell, Inc. (Nasdaq:DELL), a leading global systems and services company and No. 34 on the Fortune 500. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul and Scott Card, America's was sole financial advisor for SilverBack.
