America’s Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Jambok, Inc., a leading provider of informal enterprise learning and collaboration solutions in the Social Business Platform market, has been sold to SuccessFactors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFSF), a leading provider of cloud-based Business Execution software solutions. SuccessFactors will benefit from the acquisition by incorporating Jambok’s next generation mobile video and social learning technology into its current social collaboration offerings, in addition to leveraging Jambok’s key customer base. With a team led by Jeff Becker, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Jambok.
