America’s Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Breach Security, Inc., the leading provider of real-time Web application integrity and security solutions, has merged into Trustwave, a leading provider of on-demand data security and PCI compliance management solutions. Trustwave will leverage Breach’s Web application firewalls (WAF) and real-time security solutions to expand its portfolio of managed security and cloud offerings to its large installed customer base. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Breach Security.
