AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, SensAble Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of force-feedback “haptic” devices and 3D-modeling software, has sold its FreeForm/Haptic Business assets to Geomagic, Inc., the leading provider of 3D software for creating digital models of physical objects.By acquiring SensAble’s FreeForm/Haptic business assets, Geomagic is adding haptic technology to one of the industry’s most comprehensive modeling software product portfolios. With a team led by Dennis Rourke, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to SensAble.
