Gridley & Company LLC (Gridley & Co.), a New York-based boutique investment bank that specializes in the Internet & Information Services industry, today announced that it has served as the exclusive financial advisor to ShopWiki Corp., a New York-based multinational Internet shopping search engine, in its successful sale to Oversee.net, an online marketing solutions and domain firm headquartered in Los Angeles.
