Gridley & Company LLC (Gridley & Co.), a New York-based boutique investment bank that specializes in the Internet & Information Services industry, today announced that it has served as the exclusive financial advisor to GSI Commerce, Inc. (NASDAQ: GSIC) in its successful acquisition of M3 Mobile Marketing, a Philadelphia-based mobile marketing solutions company. As previously announced by the two companies, M3 Mobile Marketing will operate as a subsidiary of e-Dialog, a proven provider of advanced e-mail marketing services and solutions within GSI Commerce’s Marketing Services division.
