AGC Partners Advises Asankya on its Sale to EMC

America's Growth Capital is pleased to announce that its client, Asankya, Inc., a leading provider of cloud application acceleration solutions, has been sold to EMC Corporation, a leading provider of information infrastructure technologies and solutions. With the acquisition, EMC will leverage Asankya’s patented RAPID Protocol to enhance the performance of its V-Plex cloud storage product (which came to EMC through the acquisition of YottaYotta, another AGC client). The transaction was completed on May 26, 2011. The deal is AGC’s 5th sale transaction to EMC. With a team led by Scott Card, America’s Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Asankya.
