AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Vertrax has sold Welltrax, provider of a trucking software solution for bulk commodity markets, to WolfePak, provider of business automation software for the oil and gas industry and a portfolio Company of Charlesbank Capital Partners. With a team led by Doug Hurst and Jon Guido, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Vertrax.
