AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Volicon, a leading provider of video capture, archival, compliance monitoring and clip creation workflow for broadcasters, was acquired by Verizon Digital Media Services, a leading global provider of technology and media services to the broadcast and online video industry. Volicon’s technology, combined with Verizon Digital Media Services’ Video Lifecycle Solution, will provide customers with a seamless option to take existing broadcast feeds and channels directly to OTT cloud-based delivery models. With a team led by Elena Marcus and Ben Howe, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Volicon.
