AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, SynapSense, a leading provider of wireless mesh sensor network-based Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solutions, has been acquired by Panduit. With a team led by Joe Dews, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to SynapSense. SynapSense represents the 3rd transaction to be completed to date in the 2nd quarter of 2014 by AGC’s Silicon Valley office.
