AGC Partners Advises Reposify on Its Agreement to Be Acquired by CrowdStrike

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Reposify, a Gartner Emerging Vendor for External Attack Surface Management, has entered into an agreement to be acquired by CrowdStrike. The acquisition will enable CrowdStrike to provide a fundamentally differentiated EASM experience as part of its Threat Intelligence product suite, combining deep insights on endpoints and IT environments to deliver holistic visibility into critical customer environment vulnerabilities. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul and Eric Davis, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Reposify.
