AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, ReachMobi, an innovation leader in apps that integrate a user's personal priorities to customize their overall smartphone experience, has sold a majority stake to Star Mountain Capital. With a team led by Linda Gridley, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to ReachMobi. The investment and overall support from Star Mountain Capital will enable ReachMobi to build out new product features and user experience enhancements, scale developing applications, and grow its international presence.
