AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, RamSoft, a leading healthcare IT software and services company, has received a significant growth capital investment from RF Investment Partners and Level Structured Capital, an affiliate of Level Equity. The partnership will allow RamSoft to accelerate its sales and marketing efforts and expand its core suite of products to acquire more market share. AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to RamSoft.
