AGC Partners Advises QuickMobile on its Sale to Cvent

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, QuickMobile Inc., a mobile app and analytics platform for enterprise events, has been acquired by Cvent, Inc., a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners Management, LLC. With a team comprised of Rob Buxton, Alejandro Yu and Brian Hardin, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to QuickMobile. The acquisition of QuickMobile will serve to expand Cvent's presence in large enterprise accounts and broaden its mobile platform capabilities.
