AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Morphick, Inc., a leader in managed detection and response services, has agreed to be acquired by Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., a leading provider of consulting, engineering, analytics, digital, mission operations, and cyber solutions. The acquisition of Morphick enhances Booz Allen Hamilton’s cyber capabilities by adding to the Company’s managed security portfolio, which effectively supports Booz Allen Hamilton’s commercial business growth strategy. With a team led by Eric Davis, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Morphick.
