AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, iSIGHT Partners, Inc., the leading global provider of cyber threat intelligence, has completed a $30 million equity financing with Bessemer Venture Partners. iSIGHT will use its Series C financing to further extend its industry leading global intelligence capacity, enhance its ThreatScape intelligence products, develop new integration partnerships and continue to ramp up its sales and marketing engine. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to iSIGHT Partners.
