AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, iKubu (Pty) Ltd., a privately-held designer of computer vision and radar systems for the cycling market, has been acquired by Garmin Ltd. With a team led by Tim Harned, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to iKubu.
