Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction Co., Ltd., a Korea-based global leader in power generation technologies, has acquired 1Energy Systems, Inc., an energy technology company specializing in grid energy storage systems (ESS). As a part of Doosan, 1Energy will become Doosan GridTech. With a team led by Joe Dews and including Will Broughton, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction.
