AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, DenyAll, a France-based leading provider of Web Application Firewalls, has been acquired by Rohde & Schwarz, a German international electronics group. With a team led by Fred Joseph, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to DenyAll.
