AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Defense.Net, a leading provider of DDoS mitigation services to defend businesses and organizations against the new generation of DDoS attacks, has been acquired by F5 Networks, a leading provider of application delivery network products that optimize security, performance and availability of network applications. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Defense.Net.
