AGC Partners Advises Cyberint on Its Agreement to be Acquired by Check Point

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Cyberint, a leading cybersecurity software company that unifies threat intelligence, dark web monitoring, attack surface management, brand protection, and third-party risk into a single threat management platform, has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Check Point Software Technologies ("Check Point"). Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to occur by the end of 2024.
The acquisition of Cyberint by Check Point will significantly enhance Check Point's threat intelligence and digital risk management capabilities, allowing Check Point to offer its customers more proactive and comprehensive security measures and services. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul and Eric Davis, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Cyberint.
