AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Click Security, a provider of real-time security analytics, has been acquired by Alert Logic, the leading provider of Security-as-a-Service solutions for the cloud. Click’s real-time security analytics brings complementary threat detection and incident analysis capabilities, bolstering Alert Logic’s existing security analytics and threat detection solutions, and contributing additional security and engineering talent to the company. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul, and including Eric Davis, Harsh Sharma and Sean Tucker, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Click Security.
