AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, BreakingPoint Systems, the pioneer and global provider of Actionable Security Intelligence (ASI) solutions that predict and prevent the impact of attacks and application load, has been sold to Ixia, a leading, global provider of converged IP and wireless network test and visibility solutions. The acquisition of BreakingPoint enables Ixia to provide an end-to-end solution that monitors, tests and optimizes converged networks. With a team led by Maria Lewis Kussmaul, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to BreakingPoint Systems.
