AGC is pleased to announce that its client, Apprise Software, a provider of integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management (SCM) solutions for importers and distributors of consumer goods, has been acquired by Aptean, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners and a global provider of mission critical enterprise software solutions. With a team comprised of Dennis Rourke, Charlie Schopp, Will Broughton and Henry Mullen, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Apprise Software.
