AGC Partners Advises TrustComm on its Debt Equity Financing in its Acquisition of GE Satcom

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, TrustComm, a provider of global satellite communications services, has completed a debt financing in order to acquire GE Satcom. The combined company will now operate as Signalhorn AG out of two state-of-the-art teleport centers located in Switzerland and Germany. With a team led by Doug Hurst, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to TrustComm.
